While we strive for perfection in every stitch, we understand that occasionally an item may not meet your expectations. Our flexible returns policy reflects our commitment to your complete satisfaction.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for scarves)
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles & hand creams unless faulty. All other products in our collection are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for return authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return securely – Use the original packaging when possible, and include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our Manchester atelier using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our atelier):
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- For PayPal payments, refunds may appear in your account immediately but can take 3-5 days to clear
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item to addresses within our standard delivery regions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
- Alternatively, we may issue a full refund at your discretion
International Returns
For our global clientele outside the UK:
- Customs fees and international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations
