Shipping Information
We dispatch all orders from our Manchester atelier with the same care we apply to selecting our luxurious materials:
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
While we take pride in our meticulous craftsmanship, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our returns policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags for scarves)
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles & hand creams unless they are faulty. All other products in our collection are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, using the template below
- Wait for return authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return securely – Use the original packaging when possible, and include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship your return – Send the package to our Manchester atelier using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our atelier):
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- For PayPal payments, refunds may appear in your account immediately but can take 3-5 days to clear
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item to addresses within our standard delivery regions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
- Alternatively, we may issue a full refund at your discretion
International Returns
For our global clientele outside the UK:
- Customs fees and international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations
